Help Save The Crew

The Nordecke has sold out for the Playoff game against NYCFC on 10/31, but we are turning the entire stadium into the Nordecke.  We need you there to #SaveTheCrew.  We have two options for you.  Lower east sideline adjacent to the Nordecke, that would be Sections 103-104 or on the other side of the Eastside Premier sections 108-112.  The other option is the NorthWest Corner, sections 132-135.

#SaveTheCrew Rally

Supporters,

We, as leaders of the Supporters groups of Columbus Crew SC, are both saddened and enraged about yesterday’s announcement from Precourt Sports Ventures. Like many of you, this announcement blindsided us and we are appalled that the ownership group would ever consider moving the team instead of supporting its loyal fans here. Not only does this club have history in Columbus, but all of MLS does as well, and we hope that supporters of clubs across the league take notice of what’s happening here. If they can do this to Columbus, they can do this to any team.

We are humbled by the support we have received from fans of the beautiful game across the country. Today we call on you for help. We want to send the message that the actions of Precourt Sports Ventures are unacceptable in MLS. Please call and write to your team owner and the MLS offices and tell them to reject the reported move of the Columbus Crew SC to Austin.

If you want to act locally, we will be meeting at Columbus City Hall at Noon on Sunday, 10/22, to make our voices heard with the first #SaveTheCrew rally. Bring letters to write, phones for making calls, signs for painting and any other way you would like to express yourself. We’re not done yet and this is not over. We’ve just begun.

We love our supporter family, this team, and the game. We cherish every moment of this team’s successes and failures. We cherish every supporter we’ve met, every tailgate we’ve hosted, and every chance we’ve had to spend with our sisters and brothers. Together, we are massive. We are Columbus.

Columbus Til I Die,

Nordecke Leadership
